Samuel grew up in a small village in rural Punjab, Pakistan. He gave his life to Christ at age seventeen at a small church meeting in his community. From that day, he knew God had called him to preach. But for years, that calling remained unfulfilled — because Samuel could not afford to study at a Bible college in Pakistan.
“Every place I inquired, there were fees I could not pay,” Samuel recalls. “I had the calling but not the resources. I thought maybe God did not want me in ministry after all.”
Then a friend told him about Revelation Bible College & Seminary — a free Bible college in Pakistan based in Lahore. Samuel applied immediately. He was accepted. And for the next three years, he studied for his Bachelor of Arts in Ministry — travelling from his village to Lahore, sacrificing weekends, pouring himself into the Word of God.
“My first day at RBC, Rev. Dr. Naeem Nasir told us: the only requirement for this college is a call from God and a hunger for His Word. I had both. That was enough.”
Today, Samuel pastors a growing congregation in Lahore. He has planted one daughter church and is training three young men who are now enrolled in Revelation Bible College & Seminary themselves.
“RBC did not just change my life,” he says. “It changed my village. It changed my family. It changed the lives of everyone God has given me to serve.”
This is why we do what we do. This is the story of Pakistan being changed — one life, one leader, one church at a time.
