About the College
Revelation Bible College & Seminary is a ministry of Good Samaritan Ministries, founded in 2009 by Rev. Dr. Naeem Nasir after he experienced a miraculous healing that transformed his life. From the beginning, Dr. Nasir carried one vision: to see the Word of God reach every heart in Pakistan — without barriers, without fees, without condition.
In 2018, that vision became Revelation Bible College & Seminary — a 100% tuition-free institution offering everything from a One-Year Certificate to a full Doctorate. From the very first classes, Dr. Nasir stood before students with one purpose: to open the Word of God and equip every believer to carry it forward.

Today, more than 1,000 graduates carry the truth of Jesus Christ into Churches and Villages across Pakistan. What began with a handful of students in a classroom has grown into a movement that is transforming Communities, planting Churches, and raising up a new generation of Ministry Leaders.
We believe the Gospel is free — and so is the training to share it. No student has ever paid a single rupee in tuition. That is our commitment. That is our calling.

To provide world-class, Spirit-filled theological education — completely free — so that no believer in Pakistan is ever excluded from learning the deep truths of God’s Word. We serve every called believer regardless of financial situation, background, or denomination.

We believe in the full inspiration and authority of the Holy Bible. Every program is built on Scripture.
No Pakistani believer should be denied theological training because of money. Education at RBC is always 100% free.
Free does not mean second-class. Our standards are international. We equip graduates who lead with confidence and biblical depth.
Every graduate is equipped and sent to advance the Kingdom. We exist to see churches planted in every city, town and village of Pakistan.
We are a ministry built on prayer and complete dependence on the Holy Spirit.
