What Is a Master of Divinity?
The Master of Divinity (M.Div.) is the classic graduate degree for pastoral ministry. It is designed to prepare the whole minister: a firm grasp of Scripture and doctrine, an understanding of the history of the Church, a reasoned defence of the faith, and the practical skills of preaching and leading God’s people.
At Revelation Bible College & Seminary, the Master of Divinity is a two-year graduate programme of 72 credits. It sits alongside the Master of Theology in our graduate school, and it is the programme we recommend for those preparing for pastoral leadership.

How a Tuition-Free Seminary Works
People reasonably ask how a seminary can charge nothing. The answer is that our teachers, partners and supporters give so that students do not have to pay. We believe that lack of money should never stop a called man or woman from being trained in the Word of God. As Jesus said, “freely ye have received, freely give” (Matthew 10:8).

We also want to be honest: free does not mean easy. Graduate study asks for careful reading, writing, reflection and research papers. What a tuition-free seminary removes is the financial barrier, not the work.
Studying Online, Wherever You Serve
All courses are taught on the Gospel Campus platform, in a web browser or in the Gospel Campus app for iPhone and Android. Students read their lessons, complete assignments and tests, receive grades and feedback from their teachers, and keep a record of their progress in one place.

After the M.Div.: Training Others
We do not train pastors only to receive. Our vision is that every graduate becomes a trainer of others, following Paul’s instruction to Timothy: “the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also” (2 Timothy 2:2).
